Minimum Requirements

The minimum requirements for application for a Real Estate license in Nevada are: 18 years of age, the equivalent of 90 hours of pre licensing education and passing the written state examination with a minimum score of 75%. Additional requirements of character are: honesty, competency, must make no false statements on his/her application.
